Our development in Acocks Green was originally owned by another almshouse charity, Carrs Lane Homes. The charity was wound up and the dwellings transferred to Yardley Great Trust in 2011.

This is a development of mixed age buildings, with the earliest building dating from 1964 and the most recent  from 1995. Set in the heart of Acocks Green, the development consists of 46 one bedroom flats and 1 two bedroom flat. Residents get together for social events on a regular basis in the spacious residents’ lounge, but there is no obligation to do so.
